I arranged for a van and two fellows to help me shift my stuff from a storage unit to my new place in Watford. They arrived ahead of schedule and the two workers put in a solid effort moving my furniture out of the unit carefully.

They got to my new spot just a few minutes after I did and had the entire Luton van emptied into the right rooms in a flash.

I can totally vouch for their service and I’ll surely call on them again if I need help.

The crew on location were great and super helpful, but the management? Not so much. They forgot to send a van to the site and communication was lacking. They’re too picky about stuff that really doesn’t matter. When I asked about my credit card info on Monday, your office claimed they didn’t have it, yet they charged me from the previous week. That was just not true; you had all my details from before, and there was no reason for that.

I got insurance for any damage that might happen, only to find out that the broken items can't be replaced since their value was below the excess fee. What a convenient excuse to break low-value stuff! I won't be using their services again. Seriously, why even offer insurance if they aren't gonna take responsibility for any breakage when they’re the ones providing the service?

Following up on the previous response: As a company handling my belongings, you shouldn't be breaking my stuff—end of story. It's outrageous that your business avoids accountability for the shoddy service you provide. This is the last time I’m using this service.

When you ring up this business, you end up talking to a different outfit called 'master removers' or whatever. Feels like a sketchy operation with terrible customer support, and they only let you pay via phone. Seriously, just avoid it.

I've hired these folks on two occasions, and it’s always been a breeze. As renters, we moved twice in a year and a half, dealing with around 60 boxes, a couple of bikes, and maybe five pieces of somewhat bulky furniture. They never billed us for more than 2.75 hours (the drives were just about 5 minutes each time), and they put in the effort, were careful, and super friendly. I really appreciate how they pair one strong guy with one speedy guy. They mentioned last time that this setup is on purpose - for being budget-friendly, they sure know their stuff.
